Aluminium Cutting

Does anyone here cut their own sublimation aluminium sheet?

I notice that it is vastly cheaper to buy, for example, a 610 sheet and cut into smaller panels than to buy those smaller sizes.

If so, what are using to cut it with?

To get the smooth, wrinkle-free cuts you need you'd probably need a CNC machine.

We have a lever metal guillotine, as well as a 24"shear/brake/roll we use for cutting aluminium.

We do outsource some for laser cutting too though
