Very odd. I ordered from Ralawise last Friday and it arrived here in Germany this Wednesday. Thats pretty good considering the problems that exist these days. Local suppliers take one or two days.

It has been taking them about 3 days to pick and the couriers are taking 2 days to deliver.
I order from Spain on a Monday it is picked and dispathed on the same day. Arrives on the Wednesday. Last time took an extra day (before the current problem at Dover).

They did say they were having problems. Something to do with separating the people in the warehouse and ensuring there is enough working space. Where I normally buy from its a large modern warehouse with masses of space in the isles. Order one day and get it the next. I guess Ralawise are being careful and caring for their staff. Times like this we have to accept and live with that.

I'm new to the suppliers to be honest, hence why I'm trying out a few names because im not in it to find the cheapest and whack it out for max profits like the majority, also to note I've tried multiple suppliers now and the only issue I've had is with Listawood.. Novachrome, Signzworld, Xpres, Wordans, Coralgraph all been fine.

I've read reviews on both sides for Lista and I like to find out for myself (as long as the reviews are somewhat reasonable) so thought I would test them.. Seems the reviews and bad image is just for them in this case and would never use them again, I even told them to ring the DPD driver and tell him to turn around because the 2 items they had left ok the van were a waste of time.
Still awaiting for my refund from the difference of that order to the one they sent out never mind the full refund, will ring them again today, see if a trip to kings lynn is in order to see where my money is and take it back or to the value.

Regardless though I've not had an issue with the other companies I have used, I had a technical issue with my Sawgrass printer not displaying unisub option and they replied to my email within 15 minutes...

A company has a trading standard to keep too and if you just keep letting these suppliers take your money when they have no stock without blasting them then they will continue to steal a living and get away with it... I'm not use to that life I've come from asbestos sub contracting around the UK and I don't respond well to people stealing my money and I wont think twice about going down to the address, I've worked down that way a few times it's not too far..

I am not sure what post you are referring to, but I have no doubt it's there, you probably could have found newer ones if you had tried a bit harder to catch me out, pretty pathetic on your part tbh.

However, I am almost 100% positive there will be a fundamental difference between what I said and what some novice who has decided to print mugs thinks. I am not going to get in to any sort of argument with you but suffice to say, have a great Christmas and I hope you relax a bit in the new year.

Personally if I was ANY supplier who supports this forum I would strongly consider pulling my support considering the vitriol that is currently going on.
