Newby and already asking for help!

Hello,
Im very new to this sublimation lark and have been dabbling with water slide transfers, an iron and a printer and more recently a silicone sleeve in the oven!! Im just making for family and friends at the moment.

Today I came across a Europa/Jarin HF2200 in a charity shop and bought it. It heats up and is functional as far as we can see. Unfortunately it doesnt have a manual and I cant find one to download anywhere. Can anyone give me the basics, or better still, have a copy of the manual they could share with me?

About me: I have just started a business making and selling my makes. Its not going to pay the bills or make me rich, its just an outlet to sell my makes and pay for new materials. I also run taster workshops but Covid put a stop to that before we could get started. Hoping for a better year next year and utilising the time alone in the workshop to try new things.
