Sequin Magic Pillows?

Does anybody know the best print time / temp? It says double sided so I assume you put the sequins one way and press and let it cool then the other way and press the other side?

normal temps are okay for the sequins side ..sequins side only white sequins side can be printerd so recomnd only colour / white only..print on colur sequins side wont come out nice ..
