Terrible Sawgrass Print Preview - Jagged Black Text

Hiya,

I've got a SG500 and an MDP Digital heat press and its my first time printing anything with text. I'm using trupix paper and its still the original SG inks in the printer.

My design looks great in illustrator and Adobe Acrobat, but the print preview looks terrible in sawgrass print manager and my black text has jagged lines. There's definitely nothing wrong with the design (I've even printed a test copy on my cheap black laser and it looks sharp.) It's as soon as PM gets its hands on it.

Any ideas?
