If i had the room i would be buying in pallets too.
Sadly my unit is only big enough for what i have already, and ordering 4-6 boxes of 36 mugs and the mailers at a time takes up all the spare room i have.
(poly mailers are bloody huge boxes!)
Try the mug safes from Listawood (if they have them in stock) they come flat and I haven’t had a breakage so far...

If you have the storage and the cash flow.

Try the MUG SAFE'S from Listawood. They come flat and the few that I have sent in the post have arrived in perfect shape. Might be worth a punt for a test

Fair point on storage, not so sure about cash flow, if a business has been running over a year it should have been able to build up some reserves by now. Bit of a knee jerk opinion on that and am probably missing something.

Because the sales volumes for most businesses from Halloween to Christmas far exceed the sales for the rest of the year. Hence the name Black Friday. Going through pallets every week during Christmas is a massive investment in October. At a time when your business might have to suddenly close due to a Covid outbreak. The whole thing is a gamble. Usually, suppliers are only out of stock for a week or so, so buying all your stock in October isn't really necessary.

I am not sure they are on their website, might be best to give them a call.

I buy well in advance for Christmas, was caught out this year with 3x the volume of sales. So while running out of stock I am not too grumpy.

I managed to secure 4 boxes from Listawood (being delivered tomorrow). As of this evening, I'm out of mugs all together.

We managed to get the last 3 pallets from our supplier last week but still don’t think we will have enough. Have already gone through 4 pallets in October alone. It’s crazy this year.

We were the same. We bought enough for double what we sold all November/December last year and have just had to grab the last stock our supplier had otherwise we would have 5 people sat twiddling their thumbs all month. This year has gone nuts for everyone I think.
