Sg3110dn over inking

Never had this before but vaguely remember a post ages back. When printing the paper comes out saturated with ink and stays wet for quite a time. If touched the ink comes off. Same paper, same ink, same settings??

My 3110 is set to high quality, plain paper. Have you checked these settings?

Settings haven't been changed and was only used last week .
