Might be the paper edge sensor but I've never owned this brand of printer before.

Unfortunately I have exactly the same problem:
bought the Epson ET-14000 because of this forum and the good results and opinions to Epson printers for starting sublimation...
The printer is "brand new" - bought in September and made only about 100-200 prints yet.
But because it is "redesigned" to sublimation, there is no possibility to use the warranty etc.

Our problem:
We want to print paper for mugs (already cutted to ~ 24 x 10 cm) - Paper is TexPrint-R Mug Sheets

Example:
I am sending 10 print jobs to the printer and he prints the first one without problem, then after that he spits out one blank sheet -> "no paper" error.... -> I press feed, he feeds the paper, but once again a blank sheet and so on. After some blanks it will work again, then he is perhaps printing 2 in a row and the same "no paper" error happens again.

So in the end to print these 10 jobs he spits out about 30-50 blank sheets and I have a lot of manual work to get the jobs done by always pressing this damn feed button.
I have to stay at the printer and I cannot do anything else during the print jobs. And also costs a lot of time!

This is so annoying and really drives me nuts!

Any more suggestions here? Where to find the paper edge sensor?
