Thank you :) I am a bit confused, if I go to membership it still only shows the option to pay. Where should I go to access the discounts? Is that somewhere else?

It seems a membership has to be updated manually then yeah?

I don’t know why I didn’t get upgraded but I can access discount to section.

Edit: oh no found it in user settings lol
i was set to steerage in my profile.

Just became a premium member. This site has so much great info on it!
Looking forward to being upgraded as I've got my eye on a heat press I'd like to use the discount on :)

Hi,

I'm also awaiting being upgraded to premium. I have double checked my PayPal address, and it is the same one I'm using here.

I'm getting back into Sublimation after a few years off, so looking forward to checking out all the help threads on here. Many thanks!
