recently got Epsom L3156 with city inks setup
as per instructions print out really dark but
when sublimating it comes out really faded
and most of ink seems to be on the paper
rechecked all installations checked icc tried
different heat, time ,pressure several time
can anyone help please

well it came from cityink express as a sublimation printer with sublimation inks
but i could not swear to it as i am new to all this sublimation stuff

What are you printing on? Mugs, t-shirts, etc? Which press are you using and is it in deg F or deg C?

The initial print will never look like the final pressed result so I wouldn’t worry about that yet.
But if it’s a mug and say an orca coated mug then that’s a different story you have an issue.
