Price would be dependant on quantity smitch, and I think you'll find others saying the same :)

And there's the ................... weeding!

Would you want that doing before it's dispatched or would you do it when you receive it?

Smitch, this would also be a factor in the cost as the weeding is the 'intricate' process depending on the image/tect used. Some designs can be weeded in minutes, where as I recently did a couple of t-shirts where the weeding for each t-shirt took a good 15 minutes per garment ........ and this reflected on the price as (as they say) time is money!

Have you got the weeding tools?
Do you know how to weed?
Are you happy with the process of applying the vinyl to a garment? (pre-heat, right temp and pressure, cold/hot peel).

These and more questions will need answers mate, because if someone cuts vinyl for you and sends it and one of the factors above is not followed then the garment and/or vinyl could be ruined and although it won't be the vinyl cutters fault, you'll need to replace it so it will mean more costs for you.

I'd reccomend getting a craft robo or something and having a play. I know that Mrs Maggot is selling one (an option) and also Martin does them on BMS and he was very kind to send me a few bits of spare vinyl to practice on, not sure if he can oblige now but I'm just saying that you could ask whoever you'll be purchasing it from.

Think about the long term mate if you are in this for the run, if it's a 'hobby' that will be something else in a few months then go ahead with someone cutting for you, but everyone needs to make a profit so their profit for cutting the vinyl would be YOURS if you did it yourself!
