Thanks.

With Hermes are there many issues with losses? I might have to give it a go.

They have lost a dash cam I sent on the 6th but other than that not very often they lose stuff.
They went through a spat of losing my stuff last year when they lost more than 30 parcels in the space of a month.
But to be fair every parcel eventually turned up around 20days later. Not much good when I resent every order out though.

Thanks, going to give Hermes a go on my next orders as it's over a quid cheaper which makes a difference.

Have been using them for the last 3 weeks, the Parcel2Go system is much easier to use than RM.

I have had a few breakages, 1 parcel vanished because my customer put the wrong address on that didn't exist but overall been OK.

I did try booking 1 collection but he wasn't having any of it when I asked if he could take others. Found a couple of understanding shop keepers though!

Next time you see the Hermes man tell him to scan the first collection then scan the parcel shop ones after I asked my driver and he said they are allowed to do it as there’s a collection booked.

He will still be paid for each parcel too.

Thanks, maybe the bloke was just in a rush or being a bitch!

I will try it again in the week and see if they can do it, just saves going into One Stop with 25 boxes :)

Have tried to get 2 drivers to take them all now but they outright refuse :(

Booked a collection for 3 and had 9 more ready to go to the shop but they wouldn't take them.
