I'm looking for another heat press but need to be able to press 20" x 40" ideally. Appreciate some larger auto presses around but wondered if anyone is selling anything around this size?
Looking at something like this ideally which doesn't seem a bad price.......

Large Heat Press
Re: Large Heat Press
You said you wanted to start doing cushions in house - if you're wanting to do textiles, then a rotary press is a much better way to go...
Smallest is 24" width ... https://www.rasmartmachinery.co.uk/prod ... eat-press/
We started with one of these 44" ones and still keep it as back up ... https://www.rasmartmachinery.co.uk/prod ... eat-press/
We now use one of the 63" version of the above (not sure why Smart aren't showing it anymore) ours is branded from a USA company, but they're actually made in Korea by Kyungiltech
The advantage of the 63" versions is you can load the full roll of fabric onto the machine and roll it through with the transfers (either on a roll or separated) With the smaller models you need to cut your fabric down to the right size first

Re: Large Heat Press
Haha, I knew you'd recommend these Tim lol. Eventually yes I'll be looking at those but wanted something a little smaller to get started with.
I'll check these out and see about prices though thank you.

Re: Large Heat Press
keep an eye on Ebay - sometimes they go silly cheap as not many people looking for them.
The rarer ones you are ideally looking for are single phase electric, rather than 3 phase.
(Our 63" press was £650 and never used, company had bought it 10 years ago, and then changed their mind of using it, so it had sat in corner of their factory doing nothing all that time)
