Hi,
I have a Epson ET-4700 and having an issue with the paper feed.
When printing, it will print a few pages fine then begin to partially take in another and tell me its jammed. The thing is, its not jammed but the printer will ask me to take out all paper and place it back in. Its like the rubber wheel inside doesnt grab it. Also on some occasions it will do the same thing, partially take a sheet and then start printing without any paper. This then causes ink lines across of the next few pages.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
I have tried 3 types of paper and still happens.
-------------
I have been thinking of maybe buying a new printer if I cannot resolve this soon. What Epson refillable printers do people recommend that offer good quality sublimations?
Thanks
Martin

Re: ET-4700 Paper issues
If the rubber wheels are not grabbing the paper, what happens over time particles of paper dust adhere to the rubber wheels, you will have to buy Isopropanol Alcohol and use cotton swabs to clean the wheels whilst they are turning. I had the same problem with my ET14000, works great now.
