In Paul's diagram, there would be another triangle type shape showing the colours achievable with your sublimation inks which would be smaller and inside the CMYK one.

hi!
I just had a look on your profile and i must say it has larger gamut then inkjet sublimation printer. so i dont think profile is the problem.

The problem in this particular instance was because of how Corel treats gradient fills. If you ever need to go from a specific pantone to white it is always better to do it as a blend with a white box as a fill of 0% of said pantone. Gradient fills in Corel and handled by RGB process so will never do well with blues

What file type are you sending to RIP? I work with large format prints, CMYK, and use Adobe Illustrator for preflight, and gradients are always an issue. Some of my workarounds, and I don't know if they apply to your process, are to convert the AI file to TIFF rather than PDF to RIP. Sometimes I use Photoshop to convert the PDF to TIFF. I don't know if these steps will help or not, have no experience with Corel for years now.
