Greys coming out purple?

Hi I've been trying to print and sub a grey design on a mug but I've noticed that the grey on the print is coming out a shade of purple. I've checked the colour on photoshop and tried printing in greyscale but still the same result? I'm using an Epson WF7715 and Sublinova inks. Tried different profiles and paper but still the same result? Any ideas please?

hoy should have your own profile made for your printer and inks. Custom made. Others are only generic. Even when same printer model and inks was used to create [profile.

Trouble is I've used this printer a lot and been happy with the colours
