New Printer Issue - Anyone help?

Hi Guys
I recently upgraded to the SG500 however i have ran straight into a problem and with it being Sunday tomorrow i doubt i will get support from Mgic Touch where i purchased from or Sawgrass.
Maybe someone would be kind enough to help?
After setting up the first print colours were off... right away i thought it would be the profile but i thought the SPM sorted all that? Anyway after messing around for a while i have realised that the magenta ink pipe is empty... see image attached - i have added the coke can so that you can see that its empty. It seems that the ink is just not getting through.

Has anyone seen this before on a brand new printer?
I have tried using the print full magenta page option in the print manager but still nothing

Have you tried re seating the cartridge?

Yes multiple times still no luck today. Anyone?
