Black horizontal Lines Printing on Ricoh SG7100 Printouts

Hi Guys,

We're hoping someone here might be able to help us, despite being perfect for a few years our Ricoh sg7100 has suddenly started printing nasty black evenly spaced horizontal lines (4mm apart)across all prints(images attached) There doesn't appear to be any pattern on when or where these lines print out or how long they are each time.

We've tried all the fixes we know including Nozzle Checks, Head Cleaning, Head Flush, Paper Feed Tests but to no avail. We've also cleaned the capping area with cotton buds.

Any ideas or suggestions at this point would be much appreciated as it's starting to look like it could be terminal.
