Sawgrass print manager chopping off design

Hi, I have created a design in silhouette studio, also tried it in creative studio went through the print manager on both, selected mug size paper, clicked to centralise it and it chops the edge of the design off. I have even made the design smaller, moved it into the middle of the design area and it still chops the edge off in the preview. The design is plenty small enough to fit on the mug size paper.
