Well it's official, Listawood have the best quality mugs. They must have, I received a mail-shot from them today telling me that!

Was that in the same mail folder as 'Enlarge your pxxxx' and 'You're due a huge tax rebate - Click Here!'Justin;144273 wrote:Well it's official, Listawood have the best quality mugs. They must have, I received a mail-shot from them today telling me that!

Re: Highest quality white mugs?
I really liked Listawood mugs but the premium AAA-graded mugs, which cost more, started to be of a substandard quality to what I'd previously had, with black specks, unwanted distortions, hairline cracks and even shattered mugs in the last few shipments.
These mugs certainly hadn't been thoroughly checked before shipping, so the AAA guarantee was useless.

Re: Highest quality white mugs?
Just received a box of the Coralgraph mugs mentioned and they do appear identical to the 5013's but cheaper if buying just a single box.
The VAT element is a bit of a mystery. There seemed to be the option of checking out with no VAT by not entering a VAT registration number but as soon as one was inserted the VAT was added to the bill although not to the carriage charge. It has always been my understanding that VAT should be charged on carriage as delivery is part of the service provided. Not sure how they get away with this.
. Delivery for a box is less than Xpres by the way.
Invoice as per image:

Update on Xpress 5013 mugs... 11 out of 36 can't be used, mixture of problems. Indentation on the mugs, inclusions and pin holes in glaze.
Absolutely no excuse for 1/3 of a box to be unusable.

Tagging Xpres into this for their comments. What did they say about the 11 faulty mugs? Finding this really hard to understand. Whilst I don't do a huge amount of mugs I've been through a good few boxes over the years and hand lon heart have never rejected even one....and I do expect perfection.

Hello Leealbi791
Sorry to hear about your recent experience with our mugs.
Our normal procedure would be to request images of the faulty mugs and then apply credit if the mugs are out of tolerance.
Can I ask who you emailed so I can follow up our end.
Thanks
Ricky
