Epson WF-2010w now printing to dark and not good with icc after reinstalling Windows

Hi.

I have an Epson WF-2010w printer which used to print well with an icc profile I have. The other week I had to reinstall Windows 10 again. Since then, when using the icc profile the prints are coming out a lot darker, I have applied a brightness/contrast layer in Photoshop set to +30% brightness which kind of works, but still the colours are not as vivid as they were before I had to reset the computer. I am using exactly the same software and settings. I have tried uninstalling the printer etc. Any advice would be much appreciated

Silly question, but have you reinstalled the ICC profile? It is saved into a folder within Windows, so probably got lost with the reinstall.

Nah. I installed the icc profile again after I installed Windows. Otherwise it would not show when I select an icc profile in Photoshop. It’s very strange lol

Forgot to deactivate the color correction of the printer or other settings in the driver like paper quality? Settings in photoshop?

Yep set the printer to not manage colours etc. I may reinstall windows over the weekend and see if that sorts it out
