Hi i have a chance to get a epson xp-255 can anyone tel me if they are any good before i get it.
I am wanting to do mugs and t-shirts

I have had one and although it was ok the cartridges were very unreliable.
As soon as it ran out and I refilled it wouldn’t recognise it, or would just say ink empty :(
I had three sets of refillable do this until I gave up with it.

Its still sat in my garage gathering dust.

Good little printer yes but you would be better off with an eco tank model. ;)

Nice little printer, but I have the same issue with refillables as above. Sometimes have to reload the ink three or four times.
I only use it as a general home inkjet, not for sublimation.
One thing I will say is that it doesn't like coated (photo) paper - it keeps spitting them out or mis-feeding them after the first few sheets. It might do the same with sublimation paper.
