You may have been sold a duff printer.
You're only getting black and yellow because they are the only nozzles working, and even then they aren't great. You need to do some head cleans and print a few heavy images to try and get some ink through, but it doesn't look too good to me.

Thanks i have dose some head cleans but when i get so far through then i get a red light on the printer saying my ink is empty and i have to replace them.
i have checked the ink and they are all full

Re: ricoh aficio sg3110dn
Are they refillable cartridges and have you left the rubber venting plugs open? The cartridges need to vent to the atmosphere otherwise the inks won't run freely through the ink lines.
Re: ricoh aficio sg3110dn
Hi the little rubber plugs on the top of the cartridge are closed and yeas they are refillable ones
thanks
thanks
