Had two from BMS. Last one has been with them for repair for over 2 years. Decent press for beginner with low volumes but not for serious high volume work. Moved to Adkins and no trouble since.

Other than taking the spring-loaded handle to the jaw when lifting it out of the box, I can't say I've had any issues, and use it for vinyl and sub stuff.
Only thing I did notice (on mine at least) was the timer was slightly out over longer pressings, but I just use my phone timer anyway.
I got the extra platens from BMS too. I think it was £150-200 for 4 or 5, although I cant remember exactly.
