Strange eBay selling issues ..

Past few months I am getting very annoying issues with ebay sales , Sales were so down and there was a day we only had 1 sale on 2 of our ebay accounts ..And next day back to 20 ..Last 4 months 2 customers complained us they bought and paid for items but no record on ebay , One persons paypal payment was in ..2nd case was on the day before we had just one sale , she send us screenshots of her purchase but nothing on our backend ...I am seriously doubted about this ebay system now ..Any of you experionce strage things on ebay ..??
