SG400 Colour printing issues

Hi all

Can anyone give me some help on the colour issues that I am experiencing?

I am using a Sawgrass SG400 printer with Inkexpress inks and the colours are not printing out the same as on screen.

I have added the ICC profiles from the disc sent with the inks.

Any idea why this is happening?

I was using Sawgrass ink originally but it is too expensive so have moved to Inkexpress ink as it appeared to have good reviews.

Any help is appreciated.

The colours will not match the screen until the item is pressed.
