Which paper to use inside a shirt to prevent bleeding of the ink

Hi,

I read you shouldnt use teflon sheets inside or on top of your polyester shirts. Which paper i have to use in this case? I read of butcher or unwaxed perchment paper, i am not sure where i can get those. Is it okay to use normal cheap copy paper on top of your polyester shirt? I also read that you shouldnt use paper on top of your shirt because the temperature will be affected by this. I am kind of confused now. I dont want my heat press getting dirty with ink
