Anyone else doing Spring Fair?
We're frantically planning for it, as hadn't planned to do it this year, and have changed our minds last minute.

Yes. We have a stand and quite frankly also left to last minute. So in 4 weeks decided on whole new product line, designed and got stand custom made, brochures, web site and business cards. Trial run tomorrow in seeing if everything fits in vehicle! Not done SF before so very stressed. Especislly as they only give you 1 hour time to unload and move vehicle damn it. Hall 4 (4G33) for us in 5m x 1m stand. PM me if you want a coffee break meet up. Olly

We're in hall 19, so not close, but also, from previous years we don't have time to leave the stand, except for dashing to the toilet!
We're doing it in 2 weeks from deciding to do it to opening of the show, but we've done lots of shows in the past, so it's more just getting everything together and booking the van and AirBnb - the biggest big is calling in favours for getting the kids looked after!

this is a little bit late for this year but I don't suppose anyone here may be interested in a trade stand base?? You know the click together floor panels and edging ramp? I think its 4m square and in birch or maple laminate. It was purchased for a science exhibition and is unlikely to be used again. Its currently buried in our store which I have to empty :o(

If anyones interested I'll take some photos when it rises to the top of the heap - that sounds terrible! It was actually carefully stored when it went in to the store but now has 3 yards of junk stacked in front of it.

Went very well. We went to showcase a new product offering which thankfully did well. Long long show and don't get to see any daylight for 4-5 days (not joking). Expensive and not sure if we would do again but certainly added a few more dozen retailers to our portfolio.
