Hi All

Looking for opinions/advice on P&P on a Sunday versus Monday/Tuesday...

I am wanting to go to P&P this year but due to work commitments and meetings etc it looks like I can only make the Sunday. While attending on the Sunday is not too much of a problem there are many who have told me to stay well clear of a Sunday as that is when you tend to get the "hobbyist" or "spare room" attendees which makes it very very very busy and near on impossible to speak to suppliers as they are tied up arguing a toss over the 10p increase in the cost of XX

Should I stay away and forget it, or is it bearable?

Sunday is also family day. People tend to take the kids along as it is not a school day and they can collect as many freebies as possible.
I would guess if you have a specific supplier or piece of equipment you want to see then get there early and see if they will see you at a specific time during the day or even give them a call tomorrow and see if you can book a meeting.

Many thanks

Equipment used A4 Ricoh printer, HP3085 Heat Press Graphtec cutter, Jarin mug press, CJV 30-60 solvent printer and lots of help from DSF.

If you are a serious customer they will make time for you. By lunchtime they will be fed up with the 'dinner table entrepreneurs' 'thinking' about starting a business.

Have some fun. Take a roller case and see how many kids you can trip up.

If thats the day available and you have things or supplier you would like to see then go for it. If a hobbyjobby is taking up too much time just point out that their kids about to press a hand under a heatpress or try stopping an embroidery machine with their sisters hand and slip into their place in the chat queue.
