i have a ricoh sg7100dn was working fine up until a few months ago now im getting vertical banding in prints Ive cleaned the encoder strip with an alcohol wipe it was clean Ive done the alignment none were out Ive done paper feed head test is great i have no idea what is causing the banding in the images attached...can anyone offer advice thanx [ATTACH=CONFIG]5986[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]5987[/ATTACH]
