Ink problem on epson xp-257

Hi all
Hoping you can help me. We have not used the printer for a month or so and now the printer wont print black or red. I have done a print head clean numerous times but still no luck. We had some other sublimation cartridges so I have tried those too and still not getting results.

Has anyone had this and if so whats the best way to resolve it? Thanks in advance

Don't continue to do head cleans. Best to only do a couple before leaving overnight. It sounds like your heads are blocked.

My honest opinion, if it were me for the value of the machine I wouldn't spend too much time trying to sort it.

I had an Epson with blocked heads, I was about to give up. Soaked a cloth in Isopropanol and pulled the carriage over the top. Over night it dissolved the ink off the heads, couple of head cleans and clean as a whistle. This was a last resort though.
