Following disasters with a Pixmax and two Freesubs I grabbed one of these https://www.thetransferpress.co.uk/spec ... 2x30591376

It turns out they are ARC and so far working really well. Only 6 months warranty but for the build quality and price, I'm happy with that.

Glad you got sorted in the end - what happened to the 2 x freesubs?

Both started off with the left side playing up. Later, the right side did the same! It would start counting down before reaching full temperature. Also, would freeze halfway through countdown (Not the TV show) which meant you hadt to stand over them all the time.

Yeah the control modules on the dual presses are iffy - we've seen those faults too.
