Hi - I have had a problem with misfeed messages. All as a result of the trailing edge sensor becoming unhooked from it's bearing. When I replaced it back in position I must have stretched the return spring.
The sensor did therefore not return back to it's rest position. By carefully stretching the spring with a pair of tweezers I managed to hook the spring about 6 -8 turns back over the hook on the sensor. The
sensor readily rotated back into position. He presto a full page of A3 printed successfully.
Note this was after a week of emails, photos to Sawgrass support. They didn't solve the issue, but they did point me in the right direction.
Good luck any similar sufferer. I have photos for those who wish further information
