Sawgrass / Ricoh SG400 - blurred images

We use an SG400 for mugs, - and started to notice a blurring to 1 side of cyan/blue text.
First throught it was the blanket, but apparently this is a known fault of the machine, - with no solution.....
As it happens, printer is just over 2 years old so out of G'tee .....

Anyoine else encountered this ?
It's a bit S*** to buy a three hundred quid sub printer and it only last 28 months.

Hi Phil. I've had no such problems with my Ricoh SG3110DN printer, which is very similar to the SG400. Maybe it's a Sawgrass issue.

my 3100 lasted nearly 10 years, - but apparently it is a recuring fault with the 400
sawgrass just replace them, but only during the 2 year warranty period .....

Logo, got any images to show the issue? Bit crap if the machines are known to mess up after x number of prints or after 2+ years got me concerned!
