Hi I'm trying to print blue text on yellow hi vis vests but the text is coming ou almost black. What colour adjustments can I make to achieve blue please? At

You can’t.
Too dark and it will be black (like you have it)
Too light and it will look green
Sometimes people accept something printed Cyan and hope for the best, but the yellow of the vest will interfere with any sort of colour matching

I would use blue HTV unless you don’t have a vinyl cutter then I can cut it for you and send them out to you if you wish to PM me.

As a side note, T-one looks the absolute nuts in hi vis and has the bonus of being no weed meaning there are zero limitations on your design unlike HTV
