Small Blocks Yay..Big Bloks Nay

Hello,
I'm having an issue.

I'm trying to print 20mm blocks and the small 4x3's seem to print without an issue.

However the 8x6's are having issues. The paper seems to be sticking heavily in the centre and where the paper comes away the picture isn't transferring.

Any thoughts what's wrong?

I'm assuming these are acrylic blocks?
If so, we use TexPrint XPHR paper which doesn't stick. This is the best method.
The other method is to place the blocks under a heat press using very light pressure to help cure them first to prevent the paper sticking. By very light pressure I mean let the press drop onto the block and don't pull the lever down. Make sure the press is clean otherwise it may transfer any marks on the blocks.
