Hi, can anyone shed some light on this for me please, I bought a new SG400 a couple of days go and although I can print with it I can’t access any of the printer utilities, the VPN just doesn’t recognise my printer at all. I have to save a document to my desktop, then go to Open Local File in the VPN to find my file to print, as there is no Hot Folder on my desktop.
I contacted Sawgrass and have just finished an hours Remote call to them, where their technician takes control of my computer. I feel like I’ve just been fobbed off, after 50 minutes of their guy messing about with my settings and installing and reinstalling the VPM, he told me it’s a common bug with Macs and it is normal. So why have you been messing around with the settings for 45 minutes?
