Ricoh sg3110dn lines appeared on prints

Hi all

havent used the sublimation printer in a couple of months and have printed a page and there are lines across the print.

Ive done a nozzle check and it’s fine, cleaned the head a few times and also flushed them, still doing it.

Don't know if this will be any help, but I had a similar problem and solved it by unchecking the Quick Paper Feed box in the driver ...

I am printing through photoshop, I can’t find that option in any of the settings.

It's not a Photoshop setting, it's in the printer driver itself.

When you go to print from Photoshop, click on tge 'Properties' button next to the name of your printer. This will display the Printer Properties dialogue where you can alter your driver settings.

i can't find quick paper feed in the printer settings, is it because i am using a mac that it's different?! i will try to install on a windows pc and see what happens.

Trying to install on windows laptop and there are so many drivers to download, with no info on which ones to choose!!

At present, my dialogue box still doesn’t look like yours, lol!! We will keep trying!
