Re-filling a CISS System

Oh, well, I meant to say "with Sawgrass ink", of course... I don't know why you'd think otherwise.

(I'm actually thinking of getting one of these set-ups with regular dye ink for office printing.)

I've been using a similar set up with my Brother for quite some time now for all the office printing & had no problems at all. I worked out that I'm saving something like £600 per year.

Is this with regular ink? If so, which ink are you using? Do you know if anyone does a pigment ink for the Brother printer? I'm not after anything specific, I'm just looking ahead for when my A3 Brother runs out of ink.

Nice one mate. They also work with Brother refill cartridges too....................lol

My bottles arrived today. Look pretty good to me. Haven't tried filling a cartridge but I like the idea of not having syringes to clean.

It is with regular ink & I'm using the bottles of ink that came with the cartridges. I'd try this guy for the pigment ink as he is really good & knows his stuff too http://www.inktec-uk.co.uk/index.htm

Removing air from the ciss.Only one syringe required.You can try this if your inktube are full with air however be careful it can be very messy

Safest way to remove air from the ciss ,only one syringe required however the older version ciss systems doesnt have the extra plug on the ciss cartridges
