34 x 8/10 cm prints required
Re: 34 x 8/10 cm prints required
Hey guys,
While we debate between what A3+ printer we'll be getting as a stepping stone to a larger format one.
We need a bunch of 34cm x 8/10cm prints doing. Artwork ready.
If anyone could print these out for us then post them, that would be marvellous! Let me know costs please.
Thanks!

How many will you need doing?
We print wide format, and could get 10-13 across the printer width, depending on whether you're wanting 8 or 10cm, or somewhere in between.

I presumed the person was asking for "prints" as in fine art so my mistake. Go for P800 and 17" roll fed paper therefore for sublimation. Ink from Ink Experts and TruePix 17" rolls from most suppliers.

We've got maybe a dozen that need doing. We'll be deciding today which A3+ we'll be going for so it may even come next week. I'll update you later. I *think* we're going for the ET14000 as a stepping stone until we can justify a large/wide format printer.pisquee;139344 wrote:How many will you need doing?

Maybe "prints" was the wrong choice of word. This is for sublimation. The only benefit of getting the p800 is we can fit more onto a sheet. The next step up in item size is: 90cm x 140cm which is currently made else where at the moment, and not enough to warrant getting something this big at present.UK Printed Mugs;139347 wrote:I presumed the person was asking for "prints" as in fine art so my mistake. A3+ will be perfect for our current items.

A dozen of which size though - 8-10cm,
8cm x 12 = 92cm
10cm x 12 - 120cm
We currently print a width of 111.8cm, so the size of transfers you're wanting dictates how much paper we're using from the roll.

Hey Pisquee, Thanks for stepping up - much appreciated! We actually bought an A3+ one earlier today.pisquee;139360 wrote:A dozen of which size though - 8-10cm,

haha! It is! But it's all we need. We specialise in custom sportswear. This is only so we can produce smaller items in-house, so it's perfect for us. The next item in size are flags which are produced at the factory. Until we can justify getting one that big.. we're good to go!pisquee;139380 wrote:That's tiny!
we moved to 1.6 metres wide today!
1.6 is huge! One day... !
