Epson printer shifting print

Had a bad day today and to top it off my trusty epson has decided to start playing up.

Has as anyone had this issue before and solved it?
an example of what’s happening......

Parts of the print jump down the page out of line with the rest.
This happens when I print anything from any program in hi resolution for sublimating.

Have you tried saving it to a PDF and printing it from that ?

Yes it prints anything hi res like it no matter The format or program
im not sure if it’s the pc doing it or the printer.

Im borrowing a laptop tomorrow to try it from that.
