Hi all,

has anyone ever done any wall art with vinyl before?

I have just been reading online and most of the chat is NOT to use sign vinyl if you want to be able to peel it off without having to paint afterwards.

Is there another bit of vinyl that I don't know about that's used for this??

Supplied vinyl circles to a shop a few years back and they're still in place. They had a customer come in and liked them that much we did them some as well. Not sure about peeling them off afterwards though.

I would have thought no matter what you put on a wall, whenever you remove it then it needs painting afterwards, at least it does with the picture frames in our house :)

Most vinyls will pull the paint of walls or at least bits of paint. You can get a low tack vinyl but this is for temporary dispays of about 3 months and even then if the paint work wasnt up to much it may pull bits of paint away.
