Ricoh SG3110dn Stripes

Hi guys, my first post on here as I'm struggling to find any info on my issue.

I bought a Ricoh SG3110dn a few months ago off ebay. Its been working fine, but in the past week it started printing stripes.
It does it whether printing from my Mac or when doing test prints from the printer.

Hi Mike,

As per our PM / email it does look like the printing head is perforated and allowing ink to exit the head in areas that it shouldn't
