Hi
Probably a simple explanation.
I have bought some city ink Express mug papers as I was struggling to keep a straight line on the mugs.
These are 240 x 100mm I have set up a template as per cie video but allowing a little extra gap at the top as my mugs are 95mm.
When printing I have a large border at top of page (width for mug) meaning the print is only 200mm long. The height is perfect.
This happens when i print in both coral draw and photo shop.
Is this a simple fix as I am struggling to find a solution other than cut off the excess which defeats the reason for buying the paper.
Ricoh not printing mug template size
Re: Ricoh not printing mug template size
Managed to sort it, I had missed a setting in the print options in photoshop all good now.

hi
i have just been back into photos hop trying to work this out for you.
i honestly cannot remember but know i set up the mug paper size in photo shop and also had to set a custom size in the ricoh print setting on the printer itself, it may even have been i did not have the star against the printer setting on the ricoh.
I am happy to have at this and compare settings with you if you are having the same problem to help you resolve it.
