Just be careful with your threads, I've just responded to one about mugs and you're in danger of getting multiple threads discussing the same thing here :-)

we use Listawood A and have never found real fault.
Its a mug, not a fine art glicee print.
Colour and shine are fantastic, - and if I really scrutinise, i may fine a pin prick hole, but the print image is continuous.
We are our own biggest critics.

Thank you logobear :-) I wanted someone who used the A grade to comment as I just wasn't sure whether am extra £6 was worth it. I've gone for xpres mugs for now but may get a box of A grade to try our afterwards. Thanks again x

I buy pallets of mugs a couple of times a year to get the best prices, especially on delivery.

I find LW mugs very good too. Unusual high amount get broken in transit tho even tho they are packaged very well. Seem to be the ones in the middle strangely. Always replaced tho.

Yeah it's weird. Always seems to be the inner mugs. I'm not knocking LW at all as they are our "go to".

Mugs are great and most importantly their after sales are A1 and Lisa always answers my emails promptly no matter how trivial they are
