hi, my printer ricoh sg 3110dn with ink to load ink and throw it into the exhaust unit, can not get ready for printing, I consumed 250 ml of ink for each color. He also did it with the original sublijet hd cartridges. I can not stop it.
I use refillable cartridges with sublimation ink. Can you help me

Whenever you change cartridges a LOT of ink will be used to initially fill the empty ink lines. Once the ink lines are full then you'll find this printer to be very economical in use.

I think it is not normal that it takes all the ink to throw it in the waste tank without ever getting ready for printing

Are you sure it's going into the waste tank? If you're using Sawgrass carts have a word with them.

I'm sure, I tried to detach the exhaust pipe and get out of the ink, I'm using refillable cartridges, I tried to reset the chip. Is there a way to stop the ink loading process?

Hi am also having the same problem with Ricoh SG3110DN continuously drawing ink into the waste pipe when reading "waiting 3mins" then error code 57001 displays. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
