Printer trouble

I folks, I have just got a Epson XP-960 A3 size. I got some fillable ink cartriges. There are lines running across the test print and even when I do an cartrige clean it oes not solve the problem

If ypu need any help I will be happy tossend it on

across or down the print?

if across, got ink on print head carrage, - can clean off with Q tips and window lene,
Do not touch the actual print head.

The lines run left to right. I hope this helps

if going across, then its something on the carraage.
