Re: Mug Blankets

Post by Tania »

I have two mug units, one I obtained from the Transfer Press and the other one I found unused in
a charity shop. It has taken me only 3 years to realise you need different blankets for different
size mugs, so amazed we have produced what we have.

I would like to buy the different size blankets, we mainly sublimate the standard 11oz mug but would like to
do some smaller bone china mugs, I have also purchase a couple of small frosted glass jars grom Longeforte.

BMS advertise DF1 which is not in stock and I am not clear what size this is anyway.

They don’t seem that easy to purchase as suppliers are out of stock does anyone had the magic answer.

Thank you.

Hi Tania, We use the Adkins Studio press which has multiple blankets available but it's not a cheap option. I'm not sure but I think Listawood might do one with different sizes.

Try a halogen oven with silicone wraps, available in different sizes.
