Just throwing this out there, roughly how many A4 sheets of full colour print would you expect to get from a full set of Sawgrass inks

Thanks Logobear, that means I am looking about 5p per coaster.

I'd up that - your paper alone is around 10p an A4 sheet!
I work on a guesstimate guideline of approx £1 per full colour A4 for sawgrass inks - you'd rather be way over than under IMO

Thanks John

10p an A4 sheet works out at 2.5p for four coasters to a sheet, so I should be in there might up my ink costs a little I am working on 20p per coaster thats 80p per A4 sheet.

Sometime ago I had a link to a page on the Sawgrass website which showed various sizes of paper and the approximate cost per print using Trupix paper. The only price that sticks in my mind was A4 @ 37p per print with a full coverage of ink on the sheet of paper. Knowing how marketing works, I suspect that would have been plus VAT

I have not looked for this link for years now (I don't use SG inks or that much TP paper), but I suspect you could probably add no more than 10% to these prices and still be over the real cost of printing.

Always best to be over rather than under, although if you are working out coasters 20p per coaster I think is a good guess

EDIT: Come to think of it I am not sure if the Sawgrass website included the cost of paper or not.
