I think thats what they are called anyway.
When you layer vinyls folk use registration marks to line up each layer.
How are these done?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Registration marks?
Re: Registration marks?
What are you trying to layer up is it sign vinyl or garment vinyl?
Sign vinyl is easy. When you are doing the artwork I just make a shape normally a triangle in two places outside the main design and when cutting the vinyl I make sure the triangles are cut in all colours. Then each time you lay the vinyl make sure the triangles line up and hey presto.
Hope that makes sense. For garment vinyl I just do it by eye.
